I looked it up and the language is pretty interesting:

Aggaba! = Stop!
Naga bootifa… = Not cool…
Takka = Thanks
Achi-baba = Friend
Aka boocha! = Let me out!
Ogata… = Ouch…
Ah-chooga Moopa! = Everyone out!

Lilos POV:
Its funny to think about it hes been there for years, but now, he wont be anymore there at least not for me.
At first, I only saw him as a blue dog that could talk and stand on his back paws, and he only saw me as an inferior being that shouldnt have ever been born. He was mischievous and behaved as bad as you couldnt ever imagine, but I knew there is good inside everybody, so I never gave up. I kept trying to teach him how to be good, a good citizen, just like Elvis, but nothing seemed to work.

Rain drove down in buckets, landing on every surface they could find before slipping off onto the cold hard ground, rejoining their comrades in puddles and streams. The wind was howling, pulling the trees and grass to the side, ripping leaves off occasionally and sending them spiralling away.
Thunder crashed in the sky, lightning lighting it up seconds afterwards. Waves slammed angrily against cliffs and shores, dragging sticks, rocks and mud back with to sea with them.
